The Team Behind Every Delicious Recipe

This blog is more than recipes it’s a team effort fueled by creativity, curiosity, and a shared love for cooking. Every dish we share is carefully developed, tested, styled, and photographed by people who truly want you to feel confident in the kitchen.
From recipe testers to writers and photographers, our small team works with one goal: to bring you food that feels like home. We cook the way real people do balancing busy schedules, feeding hungry families, and always chasing flavor. Thanks for pulling up a chair at our table.

MEET THE TEAM

Ignacio Torres

Mentorship in the Kitchen

I’m Ignacio “Nacho” Torres, 49, from Mendoza, Argentina. Two decades on the line taught me fire, flavor, and focus alongside plenty of late-night mistakes. I cook with Argentine tradition wood-fire, meat, Malbec but love clean, modern plating. These days I mentor young chefs, passing down not just skills, but heart. For me, the best moment is when a diner pauses after the first bite.

Casey Mitchell

Southern Comfort Food

I’m Casey Mitchell, 42, from just outside Austin, Texas. My love for cooking began on a step stool beside my grandmother, who swore butter and cast iron could fix anything. Now I cook for my family of five and share what I’ve learned with other home cooks. From Southern comfort food to playful twists with global flavors, I believe the kitchen should be joyful, stress-free, and always full of love, laughter, and maybe a few leftovers.

Luana Ribeiro

Beginner-Friendly Basics

I’m Luana Ribeiro, 28, from vibrant Salvador, Brazil. My love for cooking grew at family barbecues and watching my mom’s moqueca bubble on Sundays. Now based in São Paulo, I teach beginners online, showing that cooking doesn’t have to be scary it can be fun, simple, and full of flavor. From pão de queijo to rice and beans, I’m here to make the kitchen feel like home.
