- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract and egg yolk.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each cookie.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool in the basket for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For softer cookies, air fry for a shorter time. For crispier cookies, air fry for a longer time.
- Adjust cooking time depending on your air fryer model.
