Description

Make cookies quickly in your air fryer. This small-batch recipe is ready in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract and egg yolk.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each cookie.
  5. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool in the basket for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For softer cookies, air fry for a shorter time. For crispier cookies, air fry for a longer time.
  • Adjust cooking time depending on your air fryer model.
