- 1 pound potatoes, cubed

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the steak bites. In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the steak bites to the garlic butter mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- After the potatoes have cooked for 15 minutes, add the steak bites to the air fryer basket with the potatoes.
- Continue cooking for 5-7 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
