Description

Enjoy tender steak bites and crispy potatoes cooked to perfection in your air fryer with a flavorful garlic butter sauce. This recipe is quick, easy, and perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound potatoes, cubed
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the steak bites. In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the steak bites to the garlic butter mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  6. After the potatoes have cooked for 15 minutes, add the steak bites to the air fryer basket with the potatoes.
  7. Continue cooking for 5-7 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer and desired doneness of the steak.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce.
  • You can use different types of potatoes, such as red potatoes or sweet potatoes.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as aioli or ranch.
