- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the steak cubes, olive oil, minced garlic, melted butter, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the steak bites are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the steak bites from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For medium-rare steak, cook for 6 minutes. For medium, cook for 7 minutes. For medium-well, cook for 8 minutes.
- You can use other cuts of steak, such as ribeye or New York strip.
- Adjust the amount of garlic and butter to your liking.
