Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a 10-inch cast iron skillet in the oven while it preheats.
- Melt butter in the hot skillet. Add apple slices and cinnamon. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until apples are softened.
- In a blender, combine eggs, flour, milk, salt, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Pour batter over the apples in the skillet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
