Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  2. Melt butter in the hot skillet. Add apple slices and cinnamon. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until apples are softened.
  3. In a blender, combine eggs, flour, milk, salt, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour batter over the apples in the skillet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • Use different apple varieties for varied flavor.
  • Add a splash of vanilla extract to the batter.
