- 1 box (14.1 ounces) refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Line a 9-inch pie plate with one pie crust.
- Pour apple mixture into the crust. Dot with butter.
- Cover with the second pie crust. Cut slits to vent steam.
