Description

  • 3 lb beef tenderloin roast, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
