- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 lemon, zested
Instructions
- Mix starter, flour, and water.
- Let rest for 30 minutes.
- Add salt, blueberries, and lemon zest.
- Knead until smooth.
- Let rise for 3 hours.
- Bake at 450°F for 30 minutes.
