Ingredients

- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup vegan cream cheese
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and slightly browned.
- In a food processor, combine roasted cauliflower, hot sauce, vegan cream cheese, and nutritional yeast.
- Process until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to an oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until heated through and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions, if desired.
- Serve warm with your favorite dippers.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your preference.
- For a smoother dip, add a tablespoon of water while processing.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.
