Description

A plant-based dip with bold flavor, perfect for parties.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegan cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and slightly browned.
  4. In a food processor, combine roasted cauliflower, hot sauce, vegan cream cheese, and nutritional yeast.
  5. Process until smooth and creamy.
  6. Transfer to an oven-safe dish.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until heated through and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with green onions, if desired.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite dippers.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your preference.
  • For a smoother dip, add a tablespoon of water while processing.
