- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
- 12 slider buns
- 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook chicken breasts until fully cooked. Shred the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Buffalo wing sauce and blue cheese dressing.
- Slice slider buns in half. Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Place chicken mixture on the bottom buns. Sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese.
- Cover with the top buns and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a milder flavor, use less Buffalo wing sauce.
- Add celery sticks or carrot sticks for a complete meal.
- Use ranch dressing instead of blue cheese dressing, if you like.
