Description

These Buffalo chicken sliders are a crowd-pleasing appetizer or quick meal. Enjoy the spicy, tangy flavor in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 12 slider buns
  • 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook chicken breasts until fully cooked. Shred the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Buffalo wing sauce and blue cheese dressing.
  4. Slice slider buns in half. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  5. Place chicken mixture on the bottom buns. Sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese.
  6. Cover with the top buns and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.
