A Burger Quesadilla is a creative and fun twist on two classic comfort foods. It combines the flavors of a juicy burger with the cheesy goodness of a quesadilla.

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 4 large Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Mustard
- 1/4 cup Diced Onion
- 1/4 cup Pickles, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Lay out two tortillas. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on each tortilla.
- Top cheese with cooked ground beef.
- Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the beef. Add diced onion and pickles.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the toppings.
- Place the other two tortillas on top.
- Cook quesadillas in the skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the ground beef mixture.
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for ground beef.
- Serve with your favorite burger toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, or avocado.
