Description

Candied Salmon is a sweet and savory treat. This recipe transforms salmon into delicious candy-like bites.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin on or off
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, maple syrup, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
  7. Let the salmon cool slightly before serving.

Notes
