Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spread the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle caramel bits, pretzels, and apple pieces evenly over the chocolate.
- Dust with apple pie spice and a pinch of sea salt.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve.
