- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Optional: Fresh Basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Press the chicken mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a pizza crust shape.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken crust is cooked through and lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and spread marinara sauce over the chicken crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Return to oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil (optional) and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a crispier crust, broil for the last 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- You can add your favorite pizza toppings, such as pepperoni, mushrooms, or olives.
- Use a pizza stone for an even crispier crust.
