Description
Easy chicken tacos made in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Taco shells and toppings of your choice
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle with taco seasoning.
- Pour diced tomatoes and green chilies and chicken broth over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is easily shredded.
- Shred chicken with two forks.
- Serve in taco shells with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime juice after shredding.
- You can use chicken thighs instead of breasts for a richer flavor.
