Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time depending on the thickness of the chicken thighs.
- For extra crispy skin, pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels before seasoning.
- You can use bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, but the cooking time will need to be adjusted.
