Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips and heavy cream in a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour chocolate mixture into the baked pie crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Spread cherry pie filling over the chocolate layer.
