Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a heat-safe bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water (or in the microwave in 30-second intervals), melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, coating about two-thirds of the berry.
- Place the dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
- If desired, immediately sprinkle with toppings.
