- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening

Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. Moisture will prevent the chocolate from sticking.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, twirling to coat.
- Place the dipped strawberries on parchment paper.
- Decorate with desired toppings before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
