A refreshing homemade version of the popular Starbucks Pink Drink made with passion fruit tea, white grape juice, strawberries, and creamy coconut milk. This vibrant, fruity beverage is easy to customize and perfect for warm days.

- 2 cups white grape juice
- 2 passion fruit tea bags
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1–2 tablespoons simple syrup or sugar (to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh strawberry slices (optional)
- Fresh blackberries (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and steep the passion fruit tea bags for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and let the tea cool completely.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cooled tea with white grape juice.
- Add freeze-dried strawberries and stir gently. Let sit for 2-3 minutes to infuse color and flavor.
- Add simple syrup or sugar to taste and stir until dissolved.
- Refrigerate the mixture for up to 1 hour for best flavor (optional).
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the pink mixture over ice, leaving space at the top.
- Slowly pour coconut milk over the drink to create a swirl effect. Stir lightly before serving.
Notes
- Do not over-steep the tea to prevent bitterness.
- Ensure tea is fully cooled before adding coconut milk to avoid separation.
- Shake coconut milk well before using for a smooth texture.
- Store the base mixture without coconut milk in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
