- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the Crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, Italian dressing mix, chicken broth, and onion.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks. Serve over rice or pasta.
