Description

Easy recipe for Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (16 ounce) package pasta
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Shred chicken with two forks.
  5. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  6. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked pasta, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately.
