Instructions
- Slice the dates lengthwise, creating a pocket for the filling.
- Fill each date with peanut butter.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the peanut butter.
- Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil if desired.
- Dip the stuffed dates in melted chocolate.
