Description

Classic deviled eggs are a simple and delicious appetizer. You can easily customize them with your favorite flavors.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil eggs. Cool completely.
  2. Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
  4. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spoon yolk mixture back into egg whites.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Chill before serving.
