- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil eggs. Cool completely.
- Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon yolk mixture back into egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Chill before serving.

- Adjust mayonnaise to reach desired consistency.
- Add a dash of hot sauce for a spicy kick.
