Ingredients

  • 400g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 100g white chocolate, chopped
  • 50g pistachio, chopped
  • 50g rose petals, dried
  • 2 tbsp kunafa dough, shredded

Instructions

  1. Melt milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Pour melted chocolate into a mold and spread evenly.
  3. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the milk chocolate layer.
  4. Sprinkle pistachio, rose petals, and kunafa dough over the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
