Description
Create a viral Dubai Pistachio Chocolate Bar at home. This recipe combines a creamy pistachio-tahini filling with crispy kataifi pastry, all encased in a rich chocolate shell.

- 1 cup high-quality milk chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup pistachios, shelled and unsalted
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon orange blossom water
- 1 cup kataifi pastry, finely shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
- Spread a thin layer of melted chocolate into a silicone mold or parchment-lined dish. Freeze for 10 minutes.
- In a food processor, combine pistachios, tahini, powdered sugar, and orange blossom water. Blend until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, toss kataifi pastry with melted butter. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Spread the pistachio filling over the chocolate layer.
- Top with crispy kataifi pastry.
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the kataifi.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
- Use good quality chocolate for best results.
- Store in the refrigerator to maintain crispness.
