Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, and egg.
  3. Add onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  4. Mix well with your hands until everything is evenly distributed.
  5. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
