- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg

- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, and egg.
- Add onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
- Mix well with your hands until everything is evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake for 60 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can add a glaze of ketchup and brown sugar during the last 15 minutes of baking for extra flavor.
