Description

Frankenguac is a fun, festive guacamole perfect for Halloween. It’s quick, easy, and sure to be a crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Black olives, sliced (for eyes and mouth)
  • Tortilla chips (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Mash avocados in a bowl.
  2. Add red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Transfer guacamole to a serving dish.
  4. Decorate with black olive slices to create a Frankenstein face.
