Description

Make festive sprinkle waffles for Valentine’s Day or Galentine’s parties. These easy waffles are a cute and shareable treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles
  • Pink food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk. Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. If desired, add pink food coloring to the batter.
  6. Gently fold in the sprinkles.
  7. Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Add chocolate chips or other toppings to the batter.
  • Top your waffles with whipped cream, fruit, or syrup.
