These garlic bread rolls are soft, flavorful, and easy to make. Enjoy them as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 lb bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp instant dry yeast
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead dough for 5-7 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down dough and divide into 12 rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet.
- Combine melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
- Brush rolls with garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
- For a stronger garlic flavor, add more minced garlic.
- You can use garlic powder if you don’t have fresh garlic.
- Serve warm.
