Description

These garlic bread rolls are soft, flavorful, and easy to make. Enjoy them as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb bread flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp instant dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead dough for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Punch down dough and divide into 12 rolls.
  7. Place rolls on a baking sheet.
  8. Combine melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
  9. Brush rolls with garlic butter mixture.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For a stronger garlic flavor, add more minced garlic.
  • You can use garlic powder if you don’t have fresh garlic.
  • Serve warm.
