Description

These Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Potatoes are a quick, easy, and flavorful meal perfect for a weeknight dinner. Tender steak and crispy potatoes are coated in a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 pound potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Toss potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add potatoes to the skillet and cook until golden brown and tender, about 15-20 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and thyme; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add steak cubes to the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, about 3-5 minutes for medium-rare.
  6. Return potatoes to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat with the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
