Description

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
  3. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the garlic herb butter evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
