Description

A fresh, Mediterranean-style party dip with colorful presentation.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • Pita bread or vegetables, for serving

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus in the bottom of a serving dish.
  2. Top with Greek yogurt, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and red onion.
  3. Sprinkle with feta cheese and dill.
  4. Serve immediately with pita bread or vegetables.
