Description

A vibrant and flavorful Green Goddess Salad, perfect for a light lunch or side dish. This salad combines fresh greens and herbs with a creamy, homemade Green Goddess dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green Goddess dressing (see recipe below)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
