- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh tarragon, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup Green Goddess dressing (see recipe below)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce and mixed greens.
- Add the parsley, chives, and tarragon.
- Add the diced avocado, cucumber, and green onions.
- Pour the Green Goddess dressing over the salad.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
