- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown ground turkey in a skillet and drain any excess fat.
- Transfer the cooked ground turkey to the crockpot.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, black beans, and bell pepper to the crockpot.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
