Description

These Halloween appetizers are perfect for your spooky gatherings. Quick, easy, and flavorful, these treats will delight your guests.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of mini sausages
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Mustard or ketchup for dipping
  • Black sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the puff pastry into thin strips.
  3. Wrap each sausage with a strip of puff pastry, leaving a small portion of the sausage exposed to resemble a mummy.
  4. Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush each mummy dog with the beaten egg.
  6. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on the ‘face’ area, if desired.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with mustard or ketchup.
