Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • Eggs (as called for by brownie mix)
  • Oil (as called for by brownie mix)
  • Water (as called for by brownie mix)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Orange food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  4. Add orange food coloring to the cream cheese mixture and stir until you reach your desired color.
  5. Pour brownie batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.
  7. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the cream cheese into the brownie batter.
  8. Bake for the time indicated on the brownie mix package, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
