Description

A festive Halloween cheese ball perfect for parties. It is easy to make and a crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Pretzel sticks or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, black olives, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Mix well until everything is fully combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball.
  4. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  5. Before serving, coat the cheese ball with additional shredded cheese or chopped nuts, if desired.
  6. Serve with pretzel sticks or crackers.
