- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Black olive spiders for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with black olive spiders.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
- You can use food coloring to tint the egg whites or yolk mixture.
- Make the black olive spiders by slicing black olives in half and then slicing thin strips for the legs.
