Description

This hamburger potato casserole is an easy and family-friendly meal.


Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Potatoes
  • Onion
  • Cheese
  • Cream of mushroom soup
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and cook until softened.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and milk.
  5. Layer potatoes, ground beef mixture, and soup mixture in a casserole dish.
  6. Top with cheese.
