Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix coconut sugar, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let cool before serving.
