- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Dissolve yeast in warm water; let stand for 5 minutes.
- Add yeast mixture and olive oil to flour. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down dough and mix in herbs.
- Shape dough into a loaf and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing.
