Description

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine cranberries, sugar, water, orange juice, orange zest, and cinnamon in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until cranberries have burst and the sauce has thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool completely. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
