Description

Make this homemade ranch dressing with ingredients you likely have. It’s easy to prepare and tastes better than store-bought.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
  2. Add the dried parsley, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with vegetables, salads, or as a dip.

Notes

  • For a thinner dressing, add more buttermilk.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
