Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Hot honey
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • Cooked rice, for serving
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onions, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together hot honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Pour the hot honey mixture over the beef and cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2 minutes.
  6. Serve the beef over cooked rice.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
