- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together hot honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Pour the hot honey mixture over the beef and cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2 minutes.
- Serve the beef over cooked rice.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
