Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 23 red chili peppers, dried
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine honey and dried chili peppers in a saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium-low, stirring occasionally, until it simmers.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar and red pepper flakes (if using).
  5. Let cool completely, then remove chili peppers.
  6. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
