Description

Make this easy Irish soda bread with just 6 ingredients for a flavorful loaf.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add buttermilk and melted butter. Mix until just combined.
  4. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead lightly.
