- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and jalapeños in a bowl.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly on two slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining bread slices.
- Butter the outside of each sandwich.
