Description

A chocolate-nut pie with bourbon, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup bourbon

  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, and salt.
  3. Stir in melted butter, chocolate chips, and walnuts.
  4. Incorporate eggs, bourbon, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until set.
