Make a viral Knafeh Chocolate Bar at home. This Dubai Chocolate treat combines crispy Knafeh with rich chocolate for a unique dessert experience. It’s easy to make and perfect for sharing.

- 1 cup shredded Knafeh pastry
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 400g milk chocolate, melted
- 200g white chocolate, melted (optional)
- 2 tablespoons pistachio, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix shredded Knafeh with melted butter.
- Spread Knafeh on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let it cool completely.
- Melt milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
- Spread a layer of melted milk chocolate into a mold or on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle baked Knafeh evenly over the melted chocolate.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over the Knafeh.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios (optional)
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by using dark or semi-sweet chocolate.
- For a softer bar, use less Knafeh.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
